Refund & Return Policy

At Agniraa Designs, quality is our promise. Every piece is thoroughly inspected before it ships to ensure it meets our standards.

In the rare event that something isn’t right with your order, we are committed to making it right. Please review our quick guidelines below to ensure a smooth resolution:

1. The 72-Hour Window

You have 3 days (72 hours) from the time your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Requests made after this window cannot be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

We accept returns only in the case of transit damage or manufacturing defects.
we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of design/color/size, or normal wear and tear.
In their original, complete packaging (including tags and boxes).
Accompanied by an unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items).

Note: Sale items, customized pieces, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

All decisions regarding refunds and returns made by Agniraa Designs will be final.

3. The Process

Notify Us: Email us at agniraa.designs@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos/videos of the item and mobile number to contact you. OR WhatsApp message us on +91 6366982727 with your Order number and photos/videos of the item.
Review: Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
Return Shipping: Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. (Shipping costs are non-refundable).

4. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.
Processing: If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Instant Refund(Chargable): Small fee of ₹7.99(Plus Taxes).
Refund Charges: A nominal fee of 2% will be deducted.
